We’re excited to begin developing a plan for the future of our world-famous Butt Hutt Bar.  As part of this initiative, I will be hosting a Townhall Meeting on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM to start discussing conceptual options for replacing the current, deteriorating structure.  This meeting will also be available on Zoom: Meeting ID: 848 1086 7499 • Passcode: 366285

During the meeting, I will be presenting a few of the ideas already in discussion, plus you’ll have the opportunity to share feedback or alternative ideas and ask questions about the project. 

This will be the first in a series of townhall meetings aimed to gather input from everyone from Shareholders to patrons.  Everyone’s input is essential in shaping a plan that reflects a collaborative effort and helps us come to a consensus to move forward with. 

While the final decision will ultimately be made through a vote by Certificate Holders, this collaborative process ensures consideration of all ideas no matter where they come from.   Once we reach a consensus, we’ll be ready to define the scope of the project (the who, what, when, and where) and engage the engineer and general contractor to begin gathering quotes — setting the stage for a transformation we can all support and be proud of.

I look forward to your constructive participation as we work together to bring new life to our Butt Hutt, while maintaining the character and nostalgia of the current Butt Hutt.
