DIGITAL SAFETY & PRIVACY WORKSHOP
Thusday March 27th

This free workshop presented by Jason is open to all Lake Como residents, members and registered guests. The workshop beings at 6:00 pm Thursday March 27, 2025 in the Lake Como recreation hall, and should last about 120 minutes, until 8:00 pm.

Connectivity is everywhere today… in your television, car, smart home devices, or maybe even in your toaster. Join us for an interesting and thought-provoking review of the threat landscape, find out if you’re already at risk, and take away some best practices for digital safety and privacy.  Optional: Bring your laptop, tablet, or other device for full participation.

Please register online if you are planning on attending, so we have an idea of how many people to expect:

We had about 300 players and many spectators for our 23rd annual Super Bowl South. Thanks to all who made this event a success: players, spectators and especially the many volunteers who helped with tournament set-up, execution and food service. Photos by Tim K

FREE BODY ARTS: Henna & Alcohol Tattoos
Hello! I’m Mun, a Como snowbird RV resident who enjoys doing temporary body art tattoos. I have henna, which dries on your skin in about two hours; washing it off leaves an orange stain, which turns brown the next day – it fades completely after about three weeks. I also have several colors of alcohol ink, which dries instantly and lasts up to three days. I do this only for fun, not for money. Contact me at 215-720-9404 – or, if you see me dragging my wagon behind me at the pool or elsewhere, and I would be so happy to give you the art you want. I can also do private sessions if you’re shy.

boat regatta

The Lake Como Yacht Club invites all boat owners to a grand regatta every Sunday at 2 pm, weather permitting. Passage for land-lubbers may be available from some boat captains at the floating dock.
