Please call 813-949-1810 ext. 0 for availability and reservations. First-time visitors to Lake Como are advised to call several days in advance of visit to complete our FIRST-TIME VISITOR PROCEDURE. We currently do not accept reservations online or by email. Double-occupancy; extra charge for more than 2 adults. Please note that sales and lodging tax (12% as of 6/1/22) will be added to prices show below. All lodging is non-smoking. Pets (max. 2) with rabies vaccination allowed in units with a surcharge.
We have 1 room (Sandspur #1) & 1 cabin (#864) that are ADA-accessible including wheelchair access ramps.
Housekeeping Cabins – 4 units
Living room, bedroom with 1 queen bed, fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishes, flatware & utensils), bathroom & screened porch. Cable TV & WiFi. 1 cabin is ADA accessible. Per night charge includes resort day fees for 2 adults:
per night: $215 (with AANR or other accepted national nudist affiliation: $199)
per week: $1290 (with AANR or other accepted national nudist affiliation: $1194)
Big-T, Sandspur & Cypress Rooms – 12 units
All rooms have 1 queen bed, cable TV, WiFi, mini-fridge, microwave & coffee maker & private bathroom. Big-T units have adjoining small bedroom & sitting room; Sandspur units are single rooms about the same overall size as Big-T; Cypress units are smaller rooms that we usually rent out last. Layouts and furnishings of units vary. Sandspur #1 is ADA-accessible. No cooking (except microwaving). Per night charge includes resort day fees for 2 adults:
per night: $188 (with AANR or other accepted national nudist affiliation: $172)
per week: $1128 (with AANR or other accepted national nudist affiliation: $1032)
